Please note that once you exceed this 14-day timeframe, the system will automatically reject your return request and you will not be able to apply for a return.

1) The promotion is valid on full-price items only. Sale items do not count toward the €80 minimum purchase.
2) Orders must total €80 or more (excluding taxes and shipping) to qualify for the free planner.
3) If you return items from your order and the total value drops below €80, the cost of the XXL WATER BOTTLE (€25) will be deducted from your refund.
4) The XXL WATER BOTTLE is a gift and non-refundable, in line with our free gift policy. It must be returned if the remaining order value is below €80.
5) Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. The free item cannot be returned independently.
6) Frequent return patterns will be monitored. We reserve the right to review or deny returns for orders that appear to exploit the promotion.
