We offer Free Standard Shipping based on your order value and location:
- Inside Poland: We offer free shipping on all orders over 99 € within Poland

EU: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above 139
€
- Outside the EU (Worldwide): free shipping on orders over 200€
- During big event sales, including Black Friday and similar promotions, free shipping will not apply to orders that are already discounted as part of the event.
Free shipping is only available for standard-priced items outside of event-specific discounts.

Order Processing Time: We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. We strive to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible, but it may take up to 48 hours before dispatching orders (excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be fulfilled the next business day. We ship on workdays (Monday to Friday) only.

International Shipping: For orders outside Poland, we provide worldwide shipping. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by your country's customs office are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check with your local customs office regarding any applicable fees before placing an order.

All orders placed by 12th December 2025 will be delivered by Christmas (25th December 2024).Post-Holiday Delivery:
Orders placed after 20th December 2025 will be delivered starting from 27th December 2025.
