Shots from orders are added after a 22-day delay — this covers our return window. Shots from signup, follows, and reviews appear immediately.
Do my Shots expire? +
Shots expire after 12 months of inactivity. Any order, redemption, or earn action resets the clock. Active members never lose their Shots.
How do I move up a tier? +
Tiers are based on your cumulative lifetime spend. Reach €750 to unlock Black. Reach €1,200 to unlock Inner. Your tier updates automatically.
Can I lose my tier? +
No. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for life. Tiers are based on lifetime spend and never reset at the end of the year.
What is 48h early access? +
Black and Inner members receive an email 48 hours before every restock and new drop goes live to the public. You shop first — every time.
Can I use Shots on sale items? +
You earn Shots on all orders including sale items. Redemption follows standard discount stacking rules at checkout.
