How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- In the "Notes" write the reason you want to exchange/return the product and what other item would you like to exchange it for
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved (within few hours)
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn

Complaints:
Technical Defects: We understand that technical defects can occur despite our rigorous quality control measures. If you experience any technical defects with your purchase, please contact our customer support team (help@shotgunwear.co) within 30 days of delivery. We will assess the complaint and take appropriate action.
We only consider complaints related to technical defects in our products. We do not cover complaints arising from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or any modifications made to the product.
Costs:
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
We do not refund any shipping or handling charges incurred during the initial purchase. Only the cost of the item(s) in original currency (EUR) will be refunded.
*During big sales events, over 20% OFF including promotional items, we will accept returns; however, refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit or product exchange. This means that if you wish to return an item purchased during a big sales event, you will have the option to receive store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase, or exchange the item for an alternative product.
Are there any charges for return?

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Just like we sell, we also return in euros. Keep in mind that when paying in a currency other than €, the amount may change due to the current exchange rate.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
