3) Product Availability
The Summer Sale applies only to selected collections and products participating in the promotion.
Please note:
Stock is limited.
Popular colours and sizes may sell out during the promotion.
Once an item is sold out, we cannot guarantee a restock during the sale period.
End of Season Clearance products may not be restocked once sold out.
4) Shipping Information
Due to the increased number of orders during the Summer Sale, order processing and dispatch may take longer than usual.
Our warehouse team will prepare all orders as quickly as possible.
Please note:
Delivery times depend on the destination country and courier.
SHOTGUN cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

5) Returns & Exchanges (Sale Orders)
Sale items remain eligible for return in accordance with our standard Return & Exchange Policy.
Please note:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.
Products showing signs of wear, washing, damage, missing tags, or hygienic contamination will not qualify for a refund.
Underwear products (including socks) are not eligible for return.
