    • Inside Poland: We offer free shipping on all orders over 100 EUR within Poland.
    • Worldwide: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above 200 EUR worldwide.
    • During big event sales, including Black Friday and similar promotions, free shipping will not apply to orders that are already discounted as part of the event.
      Free shipping is only available for standard-priced items outside of event-specific discounts.

  2. Order Processing Time: We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. After your purchase, we will dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  3. Estimated Shipping Time: Our aim is to deliver your order to you as quickly as possible. Typically, shipping times within Poland take approximately 48 hours. However, please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on factors such as location, customs procedures, and unforeseen circumstances. Please keep in mind that it takes up to 48 hours for the parcel to leave our warehouse.

    Due to the high demand during major sales events, please be aware that shipping may take longer than usual. Our team is working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but expect potential delays.

  4. International Shipping: For orders outside Poland, we provide worldwide shipping. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or any additional charges imposed by your country's customs office are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check with your local customs office regarding any applicable fees before placing an order.

  5. Tracking Information: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

  8. FREE SHIPPING is considered as standard shipping option.
