Sale Date and Time:

Our XMAS WEBSITE SALE starts on December 6th, 2024, from 12:00PM (GMT+1) & ends on December 16th, 2024 at 11:59PM (GMT+1).

Discount Codes:

code: MERRY12 will unlock -12% on selected items during the sale.

*Please note that during the Xmas Sale, no additional discounts or promotions will apply alongside the MERRY12 code.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Due to expected high demand during the Xmas Sale, shipping may take slightly longer than usual, but all the orders placed placed between 8-17th (11:59PM CET) of Dec will be delivered before December 24th. Our team is working hard to ensure orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

- Our regular Return Policy applies during the Xmas Sale.
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your new, unworn, unwashed items.
- For exchanges, please note we cannot guarantee the requested item will be in stock by the time your return arrives to our warehouse. If you wish to proceed with an exchange, we strongly recommend shipping your return as soon as possible to increase the chance of availability.
- Please note that we do not accept returns of underwear, such as socks.

Important Note: Ensure you use the correct discount code during checkout, as these codes will not work with other discount codes.
