VIP Early Access:
Early Black Friday for VIP subscribers starts on the 21st of November 2025 and ends before the official sale on the 23rd of November 2025 at 23:59 (GMT+1). To get VIP early access you must first be signed up to our VIP LIST before November 18th: SIGN UP HERE.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Due to the high demand during the Black Friday Sale, shipment of orders may take longer than usual. Rest assured, our team is working diligently to pack and dispatch your orders as swiftly as possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
1. Refund Method:
- Approved returns for discounted products will be refunded only as store credit in the form of a SHOTGUN VOUCHER.
- Store credit vouchers will have a 6-month validity period, allowing plenty of time to shop your favorites again.
2. Eligibility:
- Underwear such as socks are not eligible for return.
- Used, damaged, or untagged products are not eligible for return.
3. Timeframe:
- Returns must be fulfilled within 14 days of receiving your order.
4. Condition of Items:
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with tags attached and packaging intact. Underwear such as socks are not eligible for return.
Used, damaged, or untagged products will not be accepted.
5. How to Process a Return?
- Visit our Returns Portal to submit a return request.
- Once your Return Request is approved you will receive further e-mail instructions
- You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Once we receive your return, your voucher will be emailed within 2-3 business days.
Important Note: Ensure you use the correct discount code(s) during checkout, as these codes will not work with other discount codes.
