FIWE CONTEST TERMS & CONDITIONS
WE ALL STARTED SOMEWHERE — SHOTGUN × FIWE 2026
§1. General Provisions
1. The organiser of the “WE ALL STARTED SOMEWHERE” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) is SHOTGUN LIMITED, with its registered office at 101 Munster Gardens, N13 5DU London, United Kingdom, Company No. 10812933, email: help@shotgunwear.co (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. The Contest is organised through the Instagram accounts @shotgunwear and @fiwe_fitness_trade_show.
3. The Contest is a creative competition. The winner will be selected by a judging panel based on the evaluation of entries according to the criteria specified in these Terms & Conditions.
4. The winner will not be determined by a random draw or chance.
5. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms.
6. Participation in the Contest is free of charge, voluntary, and does not require any purchase.
§2. Contest Period
1. The Contest begins on November 1, 2026.
2. The Contest ends on November 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM CET (Central European Time).
3. Entries submitted after the Contest deadline will not be considered.
4. The results will be announced on November 5, 2026, via the @shotgunwear Instagram account.
5. The Organiser will contact the winner via Instagram direct message.
§3. Eligibility
1. The Contest is open to individuals who:
* are at least 18 years old;
* have an active Instagram account;
* have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
2. Participation does not require the purchase of any products from the Organiser.
3. Employees and contractors of the Organiser, members of the judging panel, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Each participant may submit one contest entry. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first validly published entry will be evaluated.
§4. Contest Task
1. To participate in the Contest, participants must publish an original comment under the official contest post on the @shotgunwear Instagram account, answering the following question:
“Do you remember your first day at the gym? Tell us what it was like and what you remember most about it.”
2. Each entry must be an original, independently created, and creative response by the participant.
3. Following @shotgunwear and @fiwe_fitness_trade_show and sharing the contest post on Instagram Stories are mandatory conditions of participation.
4. Entries containing offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate content, content infringing third-party rights, or content unrelated to the Contest theme may be disqualified.
5. The Organiser will not award additional points based on the number of likes, followers, or shares received by an entry.
§5. Winner Selection
1. The winner will be selected by a judging panel appointed by the Organiser, consisting of at least two members.
2. The judging panel will evaluate entries based on the following criteria:
* creativity and storytelling;
* originality and individuality of the response;
* relevance to the Contest theme and the memorability of the story.
3. The judging panel may also select a reserve winner.
§6. Prize
1. One prize will be awarded in the Contest, consisting of:
* 1 × SHOTGUN GIFT BAG, containing SHOTGUN-branded products with a total retail value of EUR 150, including VAT;
* 2 × admission tickets to FIWE 2026, taking place in Warsaw on November 7–8, 2026, with a combined retail value of PLN 260, including VAT.
2. Ticket type and validity: 2 × TWO-DAY ADMISSION TICKETS.
3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services.
4. The prize does not include travel, accommodation, meals, or any other expenses associated with attending FIWE.
5. Any applicable tax obligations relating to the prize will be handled in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations. The Organiser will determine the applicable tax treatment before the Contest begins.
§7. Winner Announcement and Prize Delivery
1. The Contest results will be announced on November 5, 2026.
2. The Organiser will contact the winner through the official @shotgunwear Instagram account.
3. The winner must respond to the message within 24 hours of receiving it and provide the information necessary to arrange delivery of the prize.
4. If the winner fails to respond within the specified timeframe, declines the prize, or does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions, the Organiser may award the prize to the reserve winner.
5. The tickets will be delivered electronically or by another mutually agreed method before the event begins.
6. The SHOTGUN GIFT BAG will be delivered using a method agreed upon with the winner.
§8. Intellectual Property Rights
1. By participating in the Contest, each participant declares that they are the original author of their submitted entry and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
2. Each participant grants the Organiser a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish their entry, together with their Instagram username, for the purposes of announcing the Contest results and reporting on the Contest through the Organiser’s social media accounts for a period of 12 months from the announcement of the results.
3. Any use of a participant’s entry in paid advertising campaigns requires a separate agreement with the author.
§9. Personal Data Protection
1. The controller of participants’ personal data is SHOTGUN LIMITED, 101 Munster Gardens, N13 5DU London, United Kingdom, Company No. 10812933, email: help@shotgunwear.co.
2. Personal data will be processed for the purposes of administering the Contest, evaluating entries, announcing the results, contacting the winner, delivering the prize, and complying with applicable legal obligations.
3. The legal basis for processing personal data, as applicable, is Article 6(1)(b), (c), or (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4. Personal data may be shared, where necessary, with third-party service providers supporting the Organiser in administering the Contest, including IT, logistics, and accounting service providers.
5. Personal data will be retained for the period necessary to administer and complete the Contest and subsequently for any period required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
6. Participants have the rights provided under the GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of their personal data and, where applicable, the right to object to processing and the right to data portability.
7. Participants have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority.

§10. Complaints
1. Participants may submit complaints concerning the organisation, conduct, or compliance of the Contest with these Terms & Conditions by email to help@shotgunwear.co.
2. Complaints should include the participant’s Instagram username and a description of the issue.
3. The Organiser will review each complaint within 14 days of receipt and provide a response by email.
4. The complaints procedure does not limit any rights granted to participants under applicable law.
§1. Postanowienia ogólne
1. Organizatorem konkursu „WE ALL STARTED SOMEWHERE” (dalej: „Konkurs”) jest SHOTGUN LIMITED, z siedzibą pod adresem 101 Munster Gardens, N13 5DU London, UK, Company No. 10812933, adres e-mail: help@shotgunwear.co, dalej zwana „Organizatorem”.
2. Konkurs jest organizowany za pośrednictwem profilu @shotgunwear @fiwe_fitness_trade_show w serwisie Instagram.
3. Konkurs ma charakter kreatywny. Zwycięzca zostanie wybrany przez komisję konkursową na podstawie oceny zgłoszeń według kryteriów określonych w niniejszym Regulaminie.
4. O wygranej nie decyduje losowanie ani przypadek.
5. Konkurs nie jest sponsorowany, wspierany ani administrowany przez Instagram lub Meta Platforms i nie jest z nimi powiązany.
6. Udział w Konkursie jest bezpłatny, dobrowolny i nie wymaga dokonania zakupu.
§2. Czas trwania
1. Konkurs rozpoczyna się dnia 1 listopada 2026r.
2. Konkurs kończy się 4 listopada 2026 r. o godzinie 23:59 [CET].
3. Zgłoszenia przesłane po zakończeniu Konkursu nie będą brane pod uwagę.
4. Wyniki zostaną ogłoszone 5 listopada 2026 r. na profilu @shotgunwear.
5. Organizator skontaktuje się ze zwycięzcą za pośrednictwem wiadomości prywatnej na Instagramie.
§3. Uczestnicy
1. W Konkursie mogą uczestniczyć osoby fizyczne, które:
* ukończyły 18 lat;
* posiadają aktywne konto na Instagramie;
* zapoznały się z Regulaminem i akceptują jego postanowienia.
2. Uczestnictwo nie wymaga dokonania zakupu produktów Organizatora.
3. Pracownicy i współpracownicy Organizatora, członkowie komisji konkursowej oraz członkowie ich najbliższych rodzin nie mogą uczestniczyć w Konkursie.
4. Każdy uczestnik może zgłosić jedną odpowiedź konkursową. W przypadku kilku odpowiedzi oceniana będzie pierwsza prawidłowo opublikowana odpowiedź.
§4. Zadanie konkursowe
1. Aby wziąć udział w Konkursie, należy zamieścić pod postem konkursowym na profilu @shotgunwear autorski komentarz odpowiadający na pytanie:
„Pamiętasz swój pierwszy dzień na siłowni? Opowiedz nam, jak wyglądał i co najbardziej zapadło Ci w pamięć.”
2. Zgłoszenie powinno stanowić samodzielnie przygotowaną, kreatywną wypowiedź uczestnika.
3. Obserwowanie profili @shotgunwear i @fiwe_fitness_trade_show oraz udostępnienie posta w Instagram Stories stanowi warunek uczestnictwa.
4. Zgłoszenia zawierające treści obraźliwe, bezprawne, naruszające prawa osób trzecich lub niezwiązane z tematem Konkursu mogą zostać wykluczone.
5. Organizator nie przyznaje dodatkowych punktów za liczbę polubień komentarza, obserwujących ani udostępnień.
§5. Wybór zwycięzcy
1. Zwycięzca zostanie wybrany przez co najmniej dwuosobową komisję konkursową powołaną przez Organizatora.
2. Komisja oceni zgłoszenia według następujących kryteriów:
* kreatywność i sposób opowiedzenia historii;
* oryginalność i indywidualny charakter wypowiedzi;
* zgodność z tematem oraz zapadający w pamięć charakter historii.
3. Komisja może wskazać również uczestnika rezerwowego.
§6. Nagroda
1. W Konkursie zostanie przyznana jedna nagroda, obejmująca:
* 1 × SHOTGUN GIFT BAG zawierający produkty marki SHOTGUN o wartości 150 EUR brutto;
* 2 × bilety wstępu na FIWE 2026, odbywające się w Warszawie w dniach 7–8 listopada 2026 r., o łącznej wartości 260 PLN brutto.
2. Rodzaj i ważność biletów: 2x BILET DWUDNIOWY.
3. Nagroda nie podlega wymianie na gotówkę ani inne świadczenia.
4. Nagroda nie obejmuje kosztów podróży, zakwaterowania, wyżywienia ani innych wydatków związanych z udziałem w FIWE.
5. Ewentualne obowiązki podatkowe związane z nagrodą zostaną zrealizowane zgodnie z właściwymi przepisami prawa. Szczegóły rozliczenia zostaną ustalone przez Organizatora przed rozpoczęciem Konkursu.
§7. Ogłoszenie wyników i wydanie nagrody
1. Wyniki zostaną ogłoszone 5 listopada 2026 r.
2. Organizator skontaktuje się ze zwycięzcą poprzez oficjalny profil @shotgunwear.
3. Zwycięzca powinien odpowiedzieć na wiadomość w terminie 24 godzin od jej otrzymania i przekazać informacje niezbędne do wydania nagrody.
4. W przypadku braku odpowiedzi, odmowy przyjęcia nagrody lub niespełnienia warunków Regulaminu Organizator może przyznać nagrodę uczestnikowi rezerwowemu.
5. Bilety zostaną przekazane zwycięzcy drogą elektroniczną lub w inny uzgodniony sposób przed rozpoczęciem wydarzenia.
6. SHOTGUN GIFT BAG zostanie przekazany w sposób uzgodniony ze zwycięzcą.
§8. Prawa autorskie
1. Uczestnik oświadcza, że jest autorem zgłoszonej wypowiedzi i nie narusza ona praw osób trzecich.
2. Uczestnik udziela Organizatorowi niewyłącznej, nieodpłatnej licencji na publikację zgłoszenia wraz z nazwą konta Instagram w celu ogłoszenia wyników i relacjonowania Konkursu na profilach społecznościowych Organizatora przez 12 miesięcy od ogłoszenia wyników.
3. Wykorzystanie wypowiedzi w płatnych kampaniach reklamowych wymaga odrębnego uzgodnienia z autorem.
§9. Dane osobowe
1. Administratorem danych osobowych uczestników jest SHOTGUN LIMITED, 101 Munster Gardens, N13 5DU London, UK, Company No. 10812933, adres e-mail: help@shotgunwear.co
2. Dane będą przetwarzane w celu przeprowadzenia Konkursu, oceny zgłoszeń, ogłoszenia wyników, kontaktu ze zwycięzcą, przekazania nagrody oraz realizacji obowiązków prawnych.
3. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania danych jest odpowiednio art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b, c lub f RODO.
4. Dane mogą być udostępniane podmiotom wspierającym Organizatora w obsłudze Konkursu, w tym dostawcom usług informatycznych, logistycznych i księgowych, w niezbędnym zakresie.
5. Dane będą przechowywane przez czas niezbędny do realizacji Konkursu, a następnie przez okres wynikający z przepisów prawa lub uzasadniony dochodzeniem bądź obroną roszczeń.
6. Uczestnikom przysługują prawa wynikające z RODO, w tym prawo dostępu do danych, sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, a w odpowiednich przypadkach sprzeciwu i przenoszenia danych.
7. Uczestnik może wnieść skargę do właściwego organu nadzorczego.
8. Dodatkowe informacje dotyczące ochrony danych, w tym ewentualnych transferów międzynarodowych, znajdują się pod adresem [LINK DO POLITYKI PRYWATNOŚCI / KLAUZULI INFORMACYJNEJ].
§10. Reklamacje
1. Uczestnicy mogą zgłaszać zastrzeżenia dotyczące organizacji, przebiegu oraz zgodności Konkursu z niniejszym Regulaminem na adres e-mail: help@shotgunwear.co
2. Zgłoszenie powinno zawierać nazwę konta Instagram uczestnika oraz opis zgłaszanych zastrzeżeń.
3. Organizator rozpatrzy zgłoszenie w terminie 14 dni od jego otrzymania i udzieli odpowiedzi drogą elektroniczną.
4. Postępowanie reklamacyjne nie ogranicza praw uczestników wynikających z obowiązujących przepisów prawa.
